I work with intellectually gifted, high achievers, highly creative, and/or artistic adults and teens, who struggle with depression, anxiety, dysfunctional family patterns, hypermobile Ehler Danlos Syndrome, and complex trauma and PTSD (using EMDR, polyvagal theory, and other somatic/integrative methods). With my caring support, clients improve relationships, marriages or post divorce adjustment, cope with the challenges of being gifted, creative, or talented, resolve trauma, and create rich, meaningful lives. All sessions are held via telehealth internet video conferencing. Washington state residents only. My education background includes BFA and MFA in visual art, MA in marriage and family therapy/psychology and PhD in humanistic and transpersonal psychology. I have additional training in EMDR treatment for trauma, modern dance, jazz vocals, and more. In 2018, I was initiated by three shamans from South Korea. Sometimes, techniques from shamanic traditions are integrated into counseling depending on client needs and preferences. Out of network only. Will provide monthly super bill with all information needed for client to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
